Neuro Rehabilitation
Our team includes therapists with specialist experience in stroke and neuro rehabilitation. We provide a full neurological assessment and then jointly set goals with patients and provide them with rehabilitation programmes. Our patients are supported throughout their rehabilitation process. We set goals that are based on what the patient wants to achieve. The physiotherapist is there to help guide and motivate the patient along their journey to achieving their full rehabilitation potential.
Neuro rehabilitation program will include neuro specific exercises, education, walking practise, posture and balance re-education, assistive devices/equipment for daily routines, tone/ spasticity management including splints, fitness programme.
Our therapists have specialist training including Bobath, movement science, splinting, functional electrical stimulation, SAEBO dynamic splinting and Bridges stroke self-management.
We can carry out home visits in Ware, Hertford, Welwyn Garden city, Hoddesdon, Stevenage, Broxbourne, Hitchin, Waltham Abbey, Loughton, Epping, Chigwell, Buckhurst Hill and other nearby areas in Hertfordshire and Essex.
