Physio led pilates are available at HPWC . Either 1:1 or 1:2 with Radhika (15 years of clinical experience)

Pilates will challenge your strength, flexibility, core stability whilst also improving your posture. It will help to strengthen your back, prevent injury as well as improving sport performance and body awareness. It will transform how your body looks & feels. Exercises are easily adaptable to suit everybody from beginner to the more advanced. Radhika creates an environment where you feel comfortable to have a challenging and enjoyable Pilates workout.
