At HPWC, we believe yoga is for everyone. The majority of our yoga classes are open to all levels, though if you’ve never tried it before you may want to consider one of our regularly-scheduled beginner’s courses. A dedicated studio offering both 1:1 training and rehabilitation sessions enabling us to create totally individual and bespoke programs, designed specifically for the unique goals and needs of the client.
