Heman Mamtora

Heman Mamtora is a dedicated and friendly physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from DY Patil University, Pune, India. His experience includes internships at a Multispeciality Hospital, working in various departments and OPD. He later worked in a Multispeciality Hospital in Mumbai, gaining exposure to OPD, ICU, and serving as an on-field physio for national men’s hockey tournament, kickboxing tournament and Cyclathon.

After moving to the UK, he pursued a Master’s Degree in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Essex, Colchester. Heman possesses a broad range of hands-on skills, including Manual Therapy and Dry Needling. Additionally, he is a Certified Aerobics and Pilates Instructor, reflecting his diverse expertise.

Driven by ambition and a passion for continuous learning, Heman adapts quickly to changing environments.
