Radhika Sharma

Radhika Sharma graduated in 2003 with physiotherapy BSc (Hons) degree and is a member of chartered society of physiotherapist. She has many years of specialist neurological experience within the National Health Service and private sector.

Radhika specialised within neuro rehabilitation in her career, with her practice being influenced by a combination of both the Bobath concept and a motor relearning program. She has gained varied neurological experience in both acute and community settings specialising in neurological conditions including stroke, Parkinsons disease, multiple sclerosis, MND and head injury.

Radhika has special interest in rehabilitating clients post stroke and head injuries. She has completed various specialists’ courses in neuro rehabilitation including bobaths, functional electrical stimulation, soft cast splinting and SAEBO dynamic splint. She has experience of working with case managers and solicitors when working with clients with head injuries, spinal cord injuries and various other neurological conditions.

She believes in a shared partnership with her patients and strives to help them identify and reach their goals. She follows holistic, patient-centred approach focusing on specific goals to improve functional ability, reduce pain, promote better posture and maximize quality of life.
